Waist Training is a practice that has recently come back into practice after a few decades of disuse. No. Waist training is a semi-permanent solution and alteration to your body. Your waist size will gradually decrease with the consistent use of a corset waist trainer and this sizing difference will be apparent even when you aren’t wearing the corset.

However, if you go for a long period of time without wearing the trainer, or if you wear it less often than before, your body will lose all of the improvements you have made.

How Long Will It Take Before Results Become Apparent?

The results of waist training will vary from person to person and product to product. It’s important to remember that not all waist trainers are alike and that the quality of the product matters. So, make sure you get a high-quality and durable waist trainer.
